    Hi there, sorry to hear that. Please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

  3. I want to be able to email a short video to my family but it won't let me at all but I used to be able to.

    I want to email a short video of my grandkids to my parents for example but it won't let me. i take a video on my phone, like 10 secs long. edit the resolution way down and it still will not go through. BUT, I used to be able to. not anymore, not sure what you changed. i have the same phone for 3 years.

  4. Put back + allow users to click on the previous android notification "You've Got mail" which is now sadly missing!!!

    Where's the old notification previously on android - "You've Got mail" which is now sadly missing!!! You can't choose it by clicking any more and are just left with Androids own 'naff' notifications. I cant hear my AOL mail notifications properly any more. Certainly no good without it for the hearing impaired.

    App has stopped worked, reloaded, deleated and reinstalled and still not working

  8. Why can't I delete an empty folder or at least change the name of it?

    Someone else posted the same thing last year and nothing has changed. I have had this AOL email for very long time and really do not want to change. I also can't stand Gmail.

    To find the address book you should go to the option “Compose” and then to the option “To” and if you click on the right you can see all the contacts.

  18. I want to list my AOL emails in alphabetical order on my android order

    I need to clean my aol emails that are on my android phone. I want to list them in alphabetical order. How?

    Please note that the AOL App does not allow the alphabetical arranging of your emails at the moment. You can try to use a web browser to arrange the message alphabetically by accessing mail.aol.com

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data. -BR
