  1. The layout/format needs change. Sometimes I open new emails, nothing shows or I open it & not everything loads. I have to close/reopen AOL.

    The layout/format needs a change, a refresher. It's time! It's boring and out of date. Sometimes when I open new emails, AOL doesn't show I have a new email until I close and reopen AOL, or I open an email (old and new) and not everything loads so once again I have to close/reopen AOL. The app is not very dependable sometimes and not as functional as it should be. At one point I had my AOL account in my Gmail app and now I can't use it, and that's why I'm using the AOL app. Either way, I like…

  2. select boxes require too much accuracy. most times, it opens the email. when I click on anything, the whole screen jiggles around. why?

  3. geben die Möglichkeit, Absender so zu kennzeichnen, dass sie künftig nicht mehr im Spam landen. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.

  4. make it easier to recall passwords to use AOL on new devices

    when setting up a new device I can't get AOL on it because getting my password is a hassle.

  7. STOP DELETING MY SIGNATURE LINES!!!

    Signatures are personal. I used to be able to save mine but no longer. I resent not being able to keep my signature even though the app gives that option. Please re enable saved signatures.

  11. Why cannot I delete old folders, even after emails were deleted? I don't want to see old folders anymore, which is why they were deleted.

  18. get rid of the moronic ads that require a user to turn the phone off in order to reopen email messages. This app has become nearly unusable.

  19. 1. Stop disabling auto-rotate randomly. 2. Drop the annoying "add contacts" popup. You already know all the contacts I want you to know.

    Tell your update team to insure auto rotate works on EVERY update. In other words, stop being sloppy.

  20. Bring back the chat option. Also, the old version of the email. Everything that's popular in the new social media AOL did back in the 90s.

    The 90s AOL was better than Facebook or Twitter. Go back to that.
