this is not an idea. I want to know if you know why emails from Facebook & Norton arrive in my inbox in French? Facebook does not respond.

Why was my note above cut off before I finished it?? Why do my emails move around without my consent? You must have a real idiot working for you (or, perhaps, a son of the owner that you HAVE to keep on the job?), or these crazy changes would not have come about.
