Go back to the old format. I just deleted all my emails by mistake. I hate the new format.

    I agree I can't believe when deleting it takes you to the in box each time

    I will be changing from aol unless you go back to the old desktop page where I can manage all my mail ie:- New, Recently deleted, Saved, Old emails List of my contacts

    Since Oath has taken over AOL nothing but nothing has worked like beforecthe take over. GYST!

    I loose emails for no reason. old system was at least reliable.

    I don't want to swipe to delete. I lt sometimes causes emails deleted thar I want. please go back to the check box option.

    Also please remove the mid-way ads. They are SO frustrating.

    AOL is junk now...they do not care about what you think even putting ads in middle of your emails and sending you ad emails you never subscribed to. They love irritating you and I will never buy one thing from their ads. AOL has gotten awful and do not care about you they only care about Ads.

    I really dislike the new format and wish I could go back to the old format! Reply or reply all is so frustrating, didn't anyone check this new format beforehand?

    Please revert. This version is SUPER buggy. I can't reply to emails with the windiw constantly resetting to the bottom. This SUCKS

    Under this new format, I am unable to reply properly to a received email. As I try to type my reply, the position reverts down to the end of the original email. My typing bounces all over the page, and I have to scroll back up to continue typing my reply. So basically, I have to go to my laptop to reply to any of my AOL emails. please go back to the old format; this new AOL for mobile use is impossible.

    I recently had lost my phone and purchased another but I recently couldn't remember my LOL password I tried and tried to reset my password and no prevail I contacted AOL over the phone and they had told me that I had to pay a monthly fee for premium LOL I explained her that I wasn't interested I just want the same AOL that I've always had I just want her to help me with resetting my password she said unless I paid them money that she could not help me and would not help me which upsets me dearly I said I don't want to pay monthly fee I'm not interested I just want to reset my password so I can get into my email she explained that she would not do so unless I paid which plain and short really ****** me off so I explained her I will not use AOL anymore and I will delete it off my computers in my work computer and my desktop and my laptop and I will use Gmail I think that's bad business it's BS and they basically can go to ****
