    Every time you update, the App stops working (Android). I have to uninstall/reinstall then I have to reset all my preferences and defaults. When I open new emails, it always jumps dead to the bottom of the message forcing me to scroll to the top to read. I can't type replies because they jump to the bottom of the message in mid keystroke. Newest issue, when I check a bunch of messages for deletion, I have to make an additional scroll up move to get the trashcan icon. There are zero virtues to this app, I've been making the same complaints about the jumping screen for 3 years, and nothing has changed. I am given fixes that don't do a thing. I am now migrating to Google.

    How come I can't use my AOL email app on my Samsung Galaxy 8 smart watch. my Gmail works find.. no app in play store the galaxy 8

    I dislike this format and DO NOT want to see ads for hooking up with people near my home. I find this disgusting. I might be using my Google email from now on if this is not addressed!

    I absolutely HATE the new design - very awkward to use on my Kindle. PLEASE go back to the old one!!!

    I have read many of the top ranked postings and ALL of them are spot on. Your idea of progress is ridiculous. The people who came up with this so called improved system should be fired! If we don't have a really improved system or revert to the old system by this time next week, I will switch from AOL to Gmail!!

    AOL was so great when people could sort emails alphabetically. This was so efficient and helped people to prioritize important emails and delete unwanted junk. Also, at one time people could get alerted to incoming emails that were designated as priority. Without these two features emails just accumulate at a horrendous rate into tens and hundreds of thousands of emails. It is now impossible to keep up with incoming emails in a timely fashion.

    the new AOL no longer works with the screen controls on my Pixel 6 phone. The app covers the controls and won't allow me to send links or switch/screen shot AOL stories anymore. This is a major inconvenience and I will no longer be using AOL until it is fixed.

    my hubby & I have been members since beginning!! We're offended that you need to charge us for expanded services. FREE email providers are most definitely in our immediate future. We're kicking loose our HIGH PRICED cable provider for CHEAPER FIBER OPTIC OFFER! WAKE UP for SHAKE UP!!

    Put the AOL Mail, in front of the AOL "news". The AOL headlines, suck...The AOL news subjects, and point of view, sucks. AOL, has become so....pathetic...childlike... It really isn't necessary to bother looking at AOL's so called news.
    It takes too long to find reliable, up to date news, by using your site.
    Do better.
    I feel like there are better providers out there.
