Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

The new AOL App sucks. Go back to the old version. I had a stroke a while back. This is really screwing with my continued health problems.
email response keeps jumping to the bottom of the page. getting me dizzy trying to follow where I am in the email.

**** app now stop jumping to the bottom of my email. can't respond properly to anything need to see if there is an alternative mailer!
keeps jumping to the bottom of the mail. imagine I had very important information to relay to someone and this fault ****** it up! to whom would I serve the court papers if something really bad happened because of it?

I dislike that after opening a new email it's moved from the "New mail" folder to the "Old mail" folder. Pls make this optional in Settings.
I see that this suggestion has been made. Still, I'll reiterate it. The status quo is very inconvenient and a major issue to me.
Hi there,
I would recommend switching to the unified inbox style. Go to mail.aol.com through a laptop or PC, click Options>Mail Settings>Inbox Style>save settings. Then uninstall/reinstall the AOL app so these settings reflect in the app.

Where do you go to see spam folder?

Hi. To see the Spam folder, tap on your Inbox button that's located on the bottom screen then select Spam from the folder list that loads.

why are all my NEW EMAILS going to trash first?????
emails are going into my TRASH section. they should be going into NEW MAIL category. why is this happ???
If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash you may want to check your filters. Check out https://help.aol.com/articles/use-filters-to-sort-and-organize-messages-in-aol-mail for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any filters, but they are present, you may want to secure your account.

If any of your emails have been permanently deleted or have gone missing in the last 7 days, reach out at https://help.aol.com/contact/ and we'll do everything we can to try to recover your lost messages.

I have not received any new emails on my Android phone since May 28, 2022. What's going on? Will not allow me to sink with email! please fix

I can not find compose or my email contacts. How do I do that?
I cannot write new emails or find my contact list. Tell me why how where are contacts?*@verizon.net
Hi there. In the AOL app, while selecting the Inbox to see your emails, you should see a round button, with a pen icon. Please tap on it to compose an email.
To see your contacts, tap on the 3 dots (More) button that's at the bottom of the screen, tap on People then on View all from the top right corner.
