fix the email..... most annoying to have my cursor continually bouncing to the bottom!!!

Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!
