  1. Make it possible to move sent items to folders.

    I'm able to organize my incoming mail into folders but I can't organize any of my sent email into folders. When I select sent items the move button is grayed out so I can't use it.

  2. Your boneheaded decision to limit the characters available for file titles to 14 was uncalled for and thoughtless. what the **** did that fi

    DO NOT limit the characters for "File Names". Undo that boneheaded move you made with the last change!

  9. allow recovery codes to populate

    when I use my aol account as a recovery email, I never receive the emailed code from whatever account is sending it. Those codes disappear into cyberspace, and whatever account I'm trying to access stays locked. has happened to me several times.

  20. return box next to each email so you can delete it

    have to click on "today" and then all emails for the day show that you want to delete and then you have to go back and unlock one's you don't want to delete, very annoying
