  1. Standard email address listing does not work as it does elsewhere. Fails when using supplied strings for multiple recipients. Major flaw.

  7. Allow to forward emails, disable account.

    I attempted to disable my account one month ago because AOL does not allow me to FORWARD emails. I had to disable my account again today because it was still enabled. My complaints and suggestions are never addressed. I switched to another company.

  9. AOL App for Android does not seem to handle HEIC format photos

    Recently a client came into my business who had recently changed from iPhone to Android and used the AOL app for both. He was having problems sending photos inline (they were broken). Some older photos worked fine but newer did not. Bottom line: HEIC photos do not work, JPG work fine.

  16. This new format sucks big time. I don't like the lack of folders like "old mail." On my computer I was able to go back to "classic" mail.

  19. When I was receiving an email there used to be a SMALL DOT appear on the AOL icon to show me I had an email. Not any more. Why not?
