  2. I have no access to my AOL account through my android phone. please help

    aol account with a verizon.net. Android will not allow access via pop not imap

  8. I'm not sure what happens, but on occasion, my emails do not or cannot download the images. Is there a fix?

    Trying to find a fix to why my images are not appearing with text in my emails.

  9. New format has major issues. Sometimes I am sure I touched one email and another opens. Deleting and keeping as new is more trouble!Very bad

    I just did! Go back to more user friendly !

  11. Stop allowing an opened email to automatically go to old emails.

    everytime I open a new email, it automatically goes to old mail. very frustrating to have to go to old mail and save it yet again in new mail.

  14. Fix bug where sending email with a hyperlink in the body of the message fails. When it fails, I have to goto the outbox to resend it.

    When the email fails to send, I have to resend it from the outbox by clicking edit and send again. It shouldn't fail to send in the first place when the email address is valid and I have a good network connection.

  15. So now I have to pay for help. I can't access any of my email per their *****-up and now I have to pay for help. Nice AOL.

  16. AOL App is terrible. You took formatting away. Can't select bold, italics font style, font size, etc. And can't rotate & way too much SPAM!!
