Link to join MS Teams meeting
On clicking the link to join a MS Teams meeting from an email within the AOL app, nothing happens, it does not take me to MS Teams which I have installed on my device. It works however when using the web based AOL email service.

AOL app crashing in beta of iOS 16.1
I use the beta version of iOS 16.1 on my 6th generation IPad. it updated today and every time I open emails the AOL app crashes. I have 128 gb of memory and only use approx. 50 gb.

Add OLD MAIL TO THE REST OF THE MAILBOXES AND NOT JUST ONE
OLD MAIL NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO ALL THE MAILBOXES INSTEAD OF JUST ONE! I can’t seem to add old mail to my aol mailbox? Why is that? And why is it that when I choose old mail in AOL...it returns back to my mail options?

Sort emails by Sender (for example) for quicker deletion
It’s so much easier to delete emails when I sign into AOL.com on my computer — as opposed to using your app. The main reason that it’s easier to delete emails by signing into AOL.com is because I can easily sort emails either by Sender, Date, etc. It would be wonderful if there was a way to sort emails by Sender or Date, for example, from within your app — which would make the deletion process of multiple emails so much quicker & simpler! Thank you for this consideration in a potential future update!

Where are new e-mails in multiple accounts?
I have 3 aol e-mail accounts for various uses. It is really annoying that I know I have new mail from the icon notification but not which account they are in. I have to open each account new mail box from inside the app. Can you not put an indicator by each account when you open app? Would be really helpful.

Give us the option to view mail in the “classic” mode. Don’t care for this new layout.

Messages do not show any content on iPad iOS
I can usually read one or two messages and then the next message I try to open shows no content. I can continue to click down through messages and all of them are empty. If I wait 10-15 minutes and try again a few open fine and then it all starts over again. If the message is an ad, sometimes they show some text but all the pictures are blank. It’s very frustrating.

Allow users to darken print to improve contrast.
Right now my old eyes can barely see the very light letters, like the vague numbers on an iPad keyboard.

Complaint regarding mail composition system on iPad
Sirs,
I have experienced several times recently that in the process of writing emails my finger, going down towards the keyboard happened accidentally to graze the text which then slid downwards and disappeared forever. This was extremely frustrating as I had written some long emails and was close to finishing.
If that is the system there should at least be a “ Do you really want to delete “ message or the email should go to Drafts or should be saved somehow. It would also help if the system saved a email every now and then during composition.
Really annoying…

Email improvements
Create a combined single inbox for all accounts as Google does.
Allow bold type setting for text of all emails.

Contact Groups
When I use my group contacts in AOL mobile app the email uses only the screen name as if all contacts were AOL members. Of course many are not AOL Members and the email only shows the info prior to the @ sign. Your App has a glitch.. FYI
