How can we improve the AOL App?

Messages do not show any content on iPad iOS

I can usually read one or two messages and then the next message I try to open shows no content. I can continue to click down through messages and all of them are empty. If I wait 10-15 minutes and try again a few open fine and then it all starts over again. If the message is an ad, sometimes they show some text but all the pictures are blank. It’s very frustrating.
