  3. I can’t open my emails

    With the latest IPad app update, my mail comes in fine but when I try to open them it closes the App, every time. The software level on my iPad 3 is iOS 9.3.5 which is supposed to be compatible.

    Our developer team just released an update that fixed this issue, please go to the App store and get the latest version of the AOL App.

  5. Can't use "email us" under support

    It gives all sorts of options but not actually an email link. And the FAQ answer doesn't work
