I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

The app keeps closing out when I try to send a message, move a message to a new mailbox, or delete a message. This never happened before but has been happening multiple times a day for the last week or 2. It is very frustrating to have to retype my emails because the app shut down when I hit send. Please fix this bug.

After the last AOL update or IOS update, the app crashes & takes me back to my home screen while in the middle of reading an email or deleting emails in either my ‘trash’ or ‘spam’ folders. This never happened before. It is quite annoying to continually need to go back into AOL & waste time for this software issue.

Did you change something? I get notified at the top of my screen that I have received an email, but there is nothing there when I go to open it.

Service I Pay for AOL App continually crashes and restarts whenever you touch: New Mail, Trash, Send, etc is the App is annoying and useless.

The AOL App crashes (reliably!) when returning to AOL from a link in an email. As soon as the “DONE” is tapped, the app crashes. When re-opened the email that was being viewed has been moved to “Old Mail”.

App crashes when I try to delete an email in the inbox. Need to reopen the app and then delete the item again. Tedious and a time wasting.

Every time I go into an email and then back out and swipe to remove that line item, my app crashes.

When using AOL mail app, swipe too fast or slow and app will close. When deleting email the app will close. Emails reappear after delete. Sometimes the app magically closes when reading email or checking inbox.
Have updated to most recent version of IOS 13.4.1 but this was happening prior to that update. Have deleted and re-added the AOL app which appears not to help.

Whenever I tap delete or keep as new, the app quits. Is this a bug that can be fixed?

The AOL app now shuts itself down mid operation and must be re-opened to complete the task. Not a major problem but annoying.
