I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    I can’t get into my AOL mail. It keeps kicking me out

    Mail will not stay open for more than a minute! When I open my email on my iPhone it will open my mail, but within a minute it will log me oof and return me to the home scree. Extremely annoying! Bring Verizon back into the picture, please.

    Your APP is not working with IOS 13 - FIX IT! Other apps have been updated. Don’t you use your own apps, own services. This is intolerable.

    Please fix your bugs.. I have done every update and after this past one a week ago I can’t even have two seconds to read the email before the app shuts down and kicks me out. It’s beginning to cause me a lot of issues

    It’s not an idea unless you can help my email to stay open longer than 6 seconds! I can’t read my email because the program won’t stay open long enough to. Please help me.

    Fix this app, please. It’s crashing every 5 seconds since the update. Can’t seem to send any emails either.

    Since my latest updates aol on my iPhone xr aol app crashes and aol crashes in safari

    I’m am sick and tired of the AOL app timing out in the middle of a reply or when I’m responding to a 3 or 4 question survey.

    Keeps shutting off within seconds of trying to look at or even move email. Frustrating!!!

    Someone else on my account has to continually keep signing in with password even though it’s selected not to. Very Frustrating

    Should not have these problems. AOL Doesn’t seem to be as good as it once was. May have to reconsider if I stay with AOL

    Installed iOS 13.1 on iPhone XS Max & now AOL app keeps crashing when checking emails & settings.

    Lately, whether I am writing an email or reading an email, heck even when I am in the news section the app shuts down. This is very annoying as I have lost many emails bc of the shut down and it didn’t even save in drafts!
