I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Can’t open my mail, keeps saying check wi-fi connection. WiFi connection is good rebooted 4 times still can’t open mail... but going online is no problem ..so WiFi is good... optimum sucks ... leaving for a new company had enough of

I used to be able to remain logged in but now it logs me out and I have to sign in again. Recently it started displaying an error message saying the it cannot log me in due to an incorrect format. I am starting to get annoyed.

When I open the app it will say I have the number of emails but it's blank. If it keep happening I will have to go elsewhere

I have downloaded aol app on iPhone through apple app store but I cannot open it. when I try I get a message saying " restriction applies". Very annoying as I have an aol account since 1998 and used the app before without problems!!! Why can I buy it an download it fro app store but it does not show on iPhone nor does it open. I've no restriction in place.

After spending a considerable amount of time trying to finish an email I was DROPPED off Your Feedback
Without the ability to save it or sent it. Once Gone I couldn’t recall it & couldn’t find it again.
Today the SAME > After listening to a presentation for a lengthy period of time I decided to proceed with The subscription ~ then, without warning ⚠️ BAM 💥 I was knocked off without any recourse. I’ve been with AOL Since Day 1 & Never had a problem ~ until a few months ago ~ I now get at least 3 per Week.
That’s way to much for me. I’ll be gone as soon as I get my business in order. I remember back in the Day when AOL was the BEST in the Country ~ POOF &
That’s Gone Forever !!

I get locked out of my mail for no apparent reason.I am 94years old and under lockdown depending on email to keep sane and in contact with family and friends because my hearing is too poor for phone use.
