I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    When I delete mail it crashes 🤬. Sometimes I have to sign back in. Is there a fix?

    ....after all these years and years ...why does AOL still keep crashing? Isn’t it possible to just design this service so it doesn’t crash? It is 2020! And if you cannot get it to stop crashing, can you please tell us what we can do about this? Tell us something? Why do you insist on continuing to chase your subscribers away to other services? Read all the postings. People are tired of this.

    App keeps crashing since last update. Usually occurs within a few seconds to a few minutes after launching app. Please fix. Thx!

    Only connects to the server about 2 out of 10 times without an issue. That’s beyond sucktastic.

    My aol app keeps closing on me when I try to move an email or sometimes even opening an email.

    The app crashes within seconds of signing in. All since the last update and it happened before too. Fix it please.

    This app sucks. Crashes all the time in the middle of reading or writing an email. I’m surprised it hasn’t crashed while I write this email.
