I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Deleting new mail usually closes the app and puts the mail you tried to delete in old mail

    When I delete an email, the AOL app crashes and shuts down. This is been going on a while now, please fix this thing right away!

    App still crashing every time I move email to a folder. Have to go back under old mail to file correctly. AOL PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!!😡

    I have AOL mail on my iPhone. Recently it’s quit accepting mail, so I reinstalled the AOL app. I then followed instructions and mail arrived...on the app, but not in the mail portion of my iPhone. I’m assuming I need to merge somehow, but can’t find out how to do so...or if there is something else I need to do. Argh! Please help!!!

    Fix crashes when trying to move your email around. Mail winds up in “old mail” folder after crash.

    Every time I delete an email the app crashes, and often crashes while reading emails. I'm considering deleting my AOL account because of this mess! FIX IT!!!

    Not so much an idea, but I am getting kicked off AOL app when new mail comes in I am on an IPhone XR. Apple has tried to fix, my provider has tried to fix. Nothing works. Please fix the AOL APP

    Everyone is writing the same thing it crashes constantly even with new update so Houston you have a problem!

    Fix the app so it doesn’t quit once opened and returns to the home page on my iPad.
