I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

To whom it may concern,
I have experienced glitches in the latest update of the AOL Ipad App. This “bug” crashes the app when you check emails to delete. You then have to restart the app, recheck emails to delete and hope the App doesn’t crash again.

Fix this app so it stops crashing. Reinstalled app and it still does it, mostly in email, mostly when I go to delete an email.

I’m using an iPhone 8+ with 13.4.1 although the problem first materialized in the previous build. I can be reading my emails or articles or just watching a video when suddenly the app just closes down for no apparent reason. In my email it will either send them to old or occasionally they just totally disappear. There is no warning or error displayed. It just randomly occurs.

Ever since the last update to the AOL app, my email crashes if I try to delete several emails at once. Never had this issue until now.

If I can’t keep your app to read news, mail or anything else than what’s the point of keeping it. iPhone XR no issues with any other app. Get it together

After I look at an email, AOL often crashes out when I try to go back to the email listing on the lefthand side of the screen. I have restarted the app and the ipad, but that makes no difference.

Since the update on April 6, 2020, the app seems to be crashing more often than ever before. For example, I will open my mail go to read an article about 10-15 seconds of reading the app flashes and sends me back to my home screen. I'll go to read a different article and there are no issues. This continues to be happening more frequently in the past 3-4 days then ever before.
