Since downloading and utilizing this app my SPAM mailed has increased tremendously!! Please install stronger filters!!

We are continually making changes to improve your experience.
If unwanted junk mail is getting through your filters, the best way to stop it is to mark it as spam, under the ‘More’ menu.
For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go to the folders where you want them — or, make unwanted mail from specific senders go straight into Trash or Spam. Note: You can create up to 50 filters.

A substantial amount of the mail I receive through AOL is spam, via recognized domain names. I want AOL to embed an easy to use spam blocker within its mail functions, that can be employed to block entire domains, and individual e-mail addresses. And I want the spam blocked completely, so it doesn’t even reach the junk or trash boxes. I want it eradicated so I no longer have to waste my time with it.

When newsletters I’ve signed up for go to spam, such as WhiteHouse.gov, Judicial Watch, and BeeFree bakery, it’s ok the first time. But when I constantly flag them as “OK” and they still go to spam, then we have a problem. Either fix your filters, or fix the app please.

No more of the nasty spam you allow. I have marked not to show preview on anything and yet there it is. I asked my 10 year old granddaughter to hand me my phone and there were 26 spam messages with previews showing. They were disgusting. PLEASE do something about this.

After speaking to an AOL agent about something else the subject of constant wanted spam mail came up.
I had already received an answer from AOL to sign up for $9.99, a month to a site that is supposed to stop spam and delete personal online information. Still waiting on both systems to do either because I haven’t seen any difference.

I do not appreciate getting a bunch of junk mail, which I have not subscribed to, SPAM or otherwise...way too much to delete, especially when I don’t use my AOL account all that much. B nice if u could find a way to eliminate all that from happening...especially since my account was customized to only certain people on my contact list and/or l, that I know. Anything I do on FB and/or my CashApp etc, has no place @ AOL either.

It is about time AOL had some kind of mechanism to recognise and clear away obvious spam emails. Things like the plethora of dating apps , Bitcoin a plenty , loss of USA apps when I am based and living in the UK
I did find a wonderful app called Edison which after a month cut my spam from about 40/50 overnight to maybe half a dozen.
Now when I try to re download Edison I have a warning saying my AOL sign ins aren’t allowed due to app being unsupported / security issue.
AOL do something about this within your app. Your app is becoming far to clunky and barely user friendly anymore. Really really really annoying

WORST SPAM BLOCKING EMAIL EVER... AOL used to, back in the day, be the best out there but not anymore. With GMAIL, there is no problem blocking spam and 98% of time I don’t even see it. I will be deleting my two email addys with AOL soon.

Match.com keeps sending me messages and I want them to stop! I never authorized them to send me their ********. If they fail to stop their messages and if you don’t stop them I do know a really nasty attorney! I never authorized match.com to post any messages on my devices! I have been unable to contact them. YOU NEED TO STOP THEM IF YOU WANT TO STAY OUT Of TROUBLE AND IF YOU WANT TO RETSIN CUSTOMERS AND NOT HAVE TO DESL WITH MY ATTORNEY!!!!!!

I would like any spam or mail sent to my
Email removed! I don’t appreciate any subject matter pertaining to how to get hard erections or **** massages.
I am not interested period, it is an invasion of my space.
I looked in Spam to list words I do not want to receive and could not locate it.

Before I paid for AOL gold all of my junk mail went into junk now it comes to my regular mailbox. Every day I wake up I have at least 20 or 30 junk mail and that’s never happened before. So disappointed that when you pay for something to get to worse instead of better
