My new iPhones been hacked so many
Times including my personal Apple ID AOL account which were the same - why did it take 3 weeks to get back from escalation -the thief did duplicate all my 12000 emails and after I did get it back,where’s it now and did you take it away from him ? -hopefully you took my aol account back instead of him keeping it - I mean how am I suppose to put in an iPhone that repeatedly is hacked - doesn’t it make more sense to put in a secure IPhonex ?
And after it was stole doesn’t it make sense to freeze the account til either party can inconclusively show who the real owner is - on my case the thief was owner and had full control of my account - I was willing to show birth certificate drivers license go to police station for verification but took 2 weeks for you to make a determination while thief had full coverage control of my email - I think freezing my account at the very moment it was stolen was the proper thing to do - he had stolen my identity was his word against mine til the 2 week period was over - but I liked how you gave me a heads up on who was attempting to steal it and included his IO address as well as the amount of attempts and location of thief when this was going on - I thought that was great - couldn’t you have looked at IP addresses at time of theft that coulda made recovery faster - I mean this has to come to fruition - anyone can google hack iPhone or any kinda phone and have your identity in matter of less than 3 minutes - I think the I P address is the way to go
