    Have not been able to send out email on iPhone or iPad . Can only send out email from aol app on my iPad . I am receiving emails but can’t send them out, when is this going to be fixed. I am a gold member.

    I seriously wonder why NOBODY from AOL has replied to ANY social media forum about this issue. Seems like they don’t give a sh*t about their PAYING customers! Where’s my refund for lost service for the past two days?

    Have two aol accounts...one acct, no email msg send / receive only....second account normal...same location...what gives?

    The app is slow to upload the latest email sent to me. It also doesn’t let me go back to the inbox if I’ve gone on another folder, ie spam or trash. Please fix.

    Same with me after being down for hours on the 23rd. No explanation only “oops, we know we have a problem”. NO...WE have a problem paying for AOL!

    AOL email has been down for most of the past two days in my area. Cannot get AOL support unless I pay. When I get on their website all it continues to say is “oops, we know we have a problem”. Time to get Comcast! Enough of this ****!
