App says try again!
I’ve tried logging into my email through the app since it would be more convenient. Email and the password is correct but every time I try to sign in it ends up saying “there was a problem, please try again later.”
The app is updated. This is frustrating please fix it!
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Eliminate sign in requirement when you've been asked to do so.
Or get it corrected when calling without paying money. $14.99!!
What's the matter with you. I only use AOL since Verizon automatically
switched over it's email program. I'm switching to gmail. Why can't you just do the right thing and keep things simple?? -

NO customer service - called their phone number & it won’t connect to ANYONE. I see many people with the same recent issue as I’m having - can’t sign in to AOL to read email from phone. Happened to me after I updated app. NOT happy.

I cannot access my mail. This issue has been going on for over 13 hours now. It keeps asking me to resign in and then goes back to the same screen saying oops try again later.. I have important information I need and cannot get to.. I have reloaded the app multiple times throughout the day. AOL needs to fix the issues ASAP
