IPad update works poorly for AOL email ;(

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Will be notified that an email has come in but when click on AOL icon there is a delay of UP TO A DAY before the emails actually show up. I have to continually use my PC for emails. What is the point of offering AOL on an IPhone if you can’t deliver the emails ?!

Lately, my iPad is not updating my emails in a timely fashion. It is showing mail only up to 5 days ago. How do I make it show me all of the mail I have received, or is that an issue on your end?

I have had aol mail since 1998 or before but will soon convert to gmail for all my accounts.
The app is unreliable. More times than not, it fails to delete messages on the first try.
In addition, messages end up in draft rather than being sent. This is highly frustrating and has resulted in my not responding in a timely manner when I needed to.
The count of new mail is frequently inaccurate. In addition, moving between folders on the phone frequently does not “choose “ the folder selected.
Forwarding messages with attachments is a **** shoot. I get the message asking if it should be included, I select that, but the attachment is never sent.
With the generic app, I was able to see all my mail without toggling between the different email accounts.
These things were not a problem before being required to use the aol app.

Aol has stopped me using the iOS Mail app on my iPad so I had to install the aol app for iOS. Sadly it’s a step down in usefulness. It keeps loosing the addresses of regular contacts and I can only view Mail for one of my 4 aol addresses at a time. In the iOS app, I could chose “all mailboxes”. It’s about time aol got rid of these bugs.

The app is frozen. I can’ get out of a Citi Bank Ad so I can’t process any email ... HELP!

1) While in ap and I select all; and scroll down to the bottom, the last one unselects it self.
2) While mail is open, and scrolling around, while scrolling back up, the icon bar at the bottom will be there but the icons will disappear and are non fuctional; randomly and often.

My new mail shows up in notifications on my iPhone app. I go to read and can’t find them. As I search around the site sometimes they will appear. I go through a sequence of things. If I really want to see my mail I have to go to my laptop. Once I downloaded this app I lost the ability to open my emails in my iPhone email settings. Perhaps working out the app glitches before notifying people of the upcoming change would have been a nice thing. Instead, Now it’s a problem for me. Frustrating.

Komischerweise gehen bei mir Artikel, die sich kritisch gegen die Corona Maßnahmen äußern, nicht auf. Wie blöd ist das denn? Und wer steckt bitte dahinter? In der heutigen Zeit die Menschen so hinters Licht führen zu wollen. Erbärmlichkeit in reinster Form.

Prior to the recent required reloading of the aol app on my iPhone my ios aol mail was synced with my aol app on my iPad and my laptop. Now nothing is synced. This has made aol very frustrating to use. If I didn’t have years of email contacts with my aol address I would switch to gmail. If things don’t get better i may have to bight the bullet and switch anyway.
