Ich gehöre zu den „Veteranen“ von AOL und bin mit Boris Becker eingestiegen - aber was hier als Fortschritt verkauft wird und erleichterter Bedienung basiert nur auf versteckten Datenklau....
War übst schon vorher schwer sich davor zu schützen, macht es AOL jetzt noch schwerer—- nach 20 Jahren werde ich mich jetzt von AOL trennen,,,, -
Make it easier
Prior to AOL app on iPhone update why is using the AOL App,harder & more time consuming to read e.mails,,I’m not logging in from a laptop or new or unknown device,,please simplify the daily retrieving of e.mails please,Or I am going to set up a new e.mail through G.mail or yahoo etc etc

I have a business and I communicate through emails with clients. Sometimes the microphone does not type what I say and will insert very very filthy words. Apparently I did not proofread well before I hit send. Wondered why client had not responded, looked up email,I had sent,and found that it was disgusting.

If all I can get on the aol app is aol I’ll drop my service after 35 years. On the mail app I can get aol and my personal email I think on gmail. You’re making a huge mistake and will lose lists of people

My mailbox won’t update..
My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

Always Biden
Why do I keep seeing the “Will you vote for Joe Biden,” all over my AOL? Why do you post so much Joe Biden, why every time I log in do I have to see Joe Biden’s photograph plastered all over my E-Mail?
I am sick and tired of seeing it, please remove it as soon as possible? -

It appears that you have removed the pittance of help you provided? One must PAY for a gold acct to find out about problems with usage? No wonder when I give ppl my .aol addy they have no idea about you.

App is way too fiddly and unreadable text. I was told to switch from WiFi to data!? Is that the only way it works? I don’t have data on IPad
Go to the same size print as set on one’s phone, access email addresses by name so we don’t have to remember addresses only, and enable proper use on WiFi. (

Out of the blue . . .
I now receive an email error on my iPad forcing me to use the AOL APP. Though, my iPhone is able to retrieve email without having to use the AOL APP. I then received an email from AOL, stating I must use the app due to lack of iPad security. This does not sound right. I don’t particularly like the app and would prefer not using it. Really, AOL is questioning IOS security? It can’t be my very long and complex password. Any solutions out there? Come on AOL, stop pestering your long standing customers or I’ll be forced to…
