My mailbox won’t update..

My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

Me too. I have a new i-pad mini. Mail from aol populates on all other devices...i-phone, i-mac, but not on i-pad mini. Please advise on a fix.

I am not happy with my aol account. For some reason I wasn’t able to use my password and I do not want to allow aol to share my information. I have had my account for over 20 years and I have been having many issues retrieving my mail. The app will not allow me to open anything but your news feed. Please fix this problem immediately. Thank you.

I get a message at the bottom of the screen that my account settings are wrong
I also get a pop up telling me the password is wrong
