  1. I just downloaded AOL.COM to my Mini iPad 4 and can’t get access to my email

    I just downloaded AOL.COM to my Mini iPad 4 and can’t get access to my email. The instructions aren’t clear as to how to get access to my email. I also use an ancient iPhone6+ primarily to deal w/email, and at the same time if I’m charging my phone I still need access to my email.

    Please help.

  2. Issues logging in

    For the past month I have not been to sign in, this is ridiculous. Then when I use yahoo and try to add my app mail box it says there’s an age requirement, really aol get your **** together

    I know of at least 10 emails that i sent myself to depeck11 that never got delivered to my mailbox

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

  4. Replying to mail sends it back to me

    When I click on reply it says the senders email address which is correct. However the email always goes to my inbox. Ive even checked the sent folder but it never sends them an email. Odd. I wish they’d fix this.

  5. Drafts don’t delete once email is sent

    I find that when AOL creates a draft because it’s taking awhile to get a new email composed, once the email is sent, the draft copy is not deleted. Is this a bug, intended, or a setting I need to change?

  6. Typing emails is really slow

    I seem to have an issue, when typing an email the phone slows right down and takes several seconds before the letter I’ve typed appears. It’s not my phone, as I now have to type emails in my notes and copy and paste. And I have no issues on this where I’m typing it’s purely on my email. I have a iPhone 6.

  8. No puedo mandar correo. Dice que esta incorrecto

    El soporte de AOL me escribe para "solución" borrar e instalar nueva vez. Pero la "solución" persiste igual. Todavía sigo sin usar el correo electrónico.

  14. Can’t get mail on iPhone

    Since verizon moved to aol I’m having trouble getting mail to migrate to my phone and computer. It won’t sign on keep getting same error message

  15. UNWANTED signature line

    I continue time and again go delete the signature line in AOL and it keeps coming back! Only system you can’t get rid of it like I wish I could get rid of AOL right now.

  16. Mail Account won‘t update

    It started this morning. My mail account was empty (the in Box) then loaded many many older mails
    and all over sudden after refreshing all mails of the passed 7 years have disappeared on all
    IOS devices I use (iPhone and iPad) I have installed the aol mail as the main mail account
    on my IOS devices and I also use the aol mail app. The issues occured in all applications.
    I hope you van help me to reload the missing mails. Thank you.

    You should remove and re-add your account from the app and if you are having sign in trouble, please check on mail.aol.com, from a desktop computer, if your password is correct.

  18. Allow deleting other sign ins

    Allow main account holder to delete alias accounts (that have been created by scammers) from the account. I didn’t authorize them so unable to delete because don’t know the login.

    Ras le bol d avoir des problèmes de mot de passe. Impossible de retrouver le mien donc impossible de remettre mon compte aol sur mon iPad.
