Can’t get mail on iPhone
Since verizon moved to aol I’m having trouble getting mail to migrate to my phone and computer. It won’t sign on keep getting same error message

UNWANTED signature line
I continue time and again go delete the signature line in AOL and it keeps coming back! Only system you can’t get rid of it like I wish I could get rid of AOL right now.

Mail Account won‘t update
It started this morning. My mail account was empty (the in Box) then loaded many many older mails
and all over sudden after refreshing all mails of the passed 7 years have disappeared on all
IOS devices I use (iPhone and iPad) I have installed the aol mail as the main mail account
on my IOS devices and I also use the aol mail app. The issues occured in all applications.
I hope you van help me to reload the missing mails. Sign in issue
Can’t get mail. Notice comes up: name user ID INCORRECT! Help
You should remove and re-add your account from the app and if you are having sign in trouble, please check on mail.aol.com, from a desktop computer, if your password is correct.

Allow deleting other sign ins
Allow main account holder to delete alias accounts (that have been created by scammers) from the account. I didn’t authorize them so unable to delete because don’t know the login.

my acount has not been logged in!!
Hello, my account has not been logged in for a period of time, causing the account to be frozen. When I try to log in, I am prompted that my account has been frozen. Welcome to continue to register, but when I register, I will be prompted to register. I just want my account to be restored. Please help me to restore my account. The account is associated with a lot of important information. thanks。
If you haven’t accessed an account for the last 90 days, please keep in mind that it can be permanently deleted for inactivity as stated in AOL’s Terms Of Service. Unfortunately, you may not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address. Kindly reach out to 1-800-827-6364 so an agent can check the status of your account.

Anmelden funktioniert nicht
Ich kann mich nicht mehr bei meinem Konto anmelden, da ich immer bestätigen muss, dass eine andere E-Mail Adresse zu meinem Konto gehört, was sie aber nicht tut. Aol antwortet nicht und hilft nicht.

Access old mail
Since latest update I can’t access my old mail anymore. Right now, August 9th, 2018, my old mail only goes back until July 12, 2018. How do I retrieve the rest. Problem occurs on Apple devices mobile app and Windows computer.

This issue might be a result of using the account configured as POP, in one of your mail clients or mobile devices.
POP downloads email from a server to a single computer/device, then deletes it from the server. Because your messages get downloaded to a single computer or device and then deleted from the server, it can appear that mail is missing or disappearing from your Inbox if you try to check your mail from a different computer.
Please check your account setup on all of your devices and email clients (e.g. Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail), and for the ones that are using the account as POP, please make sure to have the option to leave a copy of the message on the server checked, or setup the account to use IMAP instead of POP.

HELP -NO NEW MSG‘s

Can someone PLEASE help me -
I dont get new messages anymore.. last update was 23 h ago.. I tested my theorie & sent a msg from another account to my aol account & it didnt arrive. No matter if I check it from my app / or from the web site. There are just no new messages. I already logged out /in new.. didnt help. What can I do? Whats the problem? Receiving two of the exact same emails.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile dataAfter you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

Regularly moves old viewed mail into spam folder
About once a week, aol email moves all of my old viewed emails over into the spam folder repeatedly. So annoying. No clue how to stop it.

Mails moving on their own
For several days I’ve had old mail
Going to trash and not being saved under old mail. Have contacted AOL and they’ve been no help at all. Is anyone else having this problem??We’re sorry to hear that you are still having trouble.
