  2. Fix the new update for the iPad

    New update doesn’t work on iPad. And have turned iPad off and restarted. Does work on iPhone. Noticed that this happens often with the updates, poorly tested.

  4. Why did I get an email saying I don't have the latest version of the app?

    The version of my app matches the one in the app store and has for at least two weeks. I have auto-update enabled so it stays current. The email gives no indication how to tell what version is the latest version it's talking about, so it's worthless, and probably spurious.

  5. Since yo change I cannot delegate any messages. This needs to be fix.

  7. Disaster after updating

    I updated aol mail at App Store as instructed. Ever since I have seen blank screens (all emails lost) and today a black screen. I have important emails in my accounts. Sometimes the emails appear after signin but most times they don’t. What did the update do??!!!

  8. No email notifications

    Suddenly the app isn’t notifying me of new incoming emails, why not? Please fix. Only receive notifications when I physically go to open the app.

  10. Contacts Added to AOL Account from my iPhone contacts

    How can I prevent contact being added to my AOL account which show that they have been added from my iphone?

  11. Delete white screen in email

    This anomaly with your app started happening a few days ago. There’s this white screen that shows up among the emails and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Here’s a screenshot of it.

    It will scroll through with the emails but can’t be deleted. I tried deleting and re-installing the app which worked for a couple of times checking my mail but the anomaly came back. This is the first issue I’ve ever had with it in the several years I’ve had it.

  12. Problems attaching documents to emails

    I’m unable to attach documents to emails. This is a basic need for any email app. The only files I can attach are attachments previously received, or photos. I’m sure something has changed as it wasn’t always like this.

    Please help the search facility in emails is not working again!
    It is always difficult to search for emails, especially from a chosen sender.
    Historically this used to work fine, it is only in recent updates it has stopped working.

  14. AOL app doesn’t show the email

    In the AOL app while having the seperate folders new mail and old mail the emails don’t show up but when switching to the unified folders they show up.

  17. Aol app loads splash screen and freezes up

    I am using a generation 6 Ipad with 32 GB. Running IOS 17.7. After the freeze up, I close the App then it loads normally on the 2nd attempt. The most recent update 7.50.1 did not address the error.

  18. Make the aol app mail only

    Have the option to remove the tabs at the bottom of the app so it’s only mail. Also have the ability to open links in mail I’m safary on iPhone.

  19. AOL/Verizon Calendar access

    I am very upset that in today's fast-paced and connected environment, my @verizon.net CALENDAR can not be accessed from my iOS phone. In the past, I could access my @verizon.net calendar through the iOS app. The fact that the calendar can't be accessed even through an AOL or Verzion app is unacceptable. AOL are forcing me to a Gmail account.
