  2. Fix the new update for the iPad

    New update doesn’t work on iPad. And have turned iPad off and restarted. Does work on iPhone. Noticed that this happens often with the updates, poorly tested.

  5. Delete white screen in email

    This anomaly with your app started happening a few days ago. There’s this white screen that shows up among the emails and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Here’s a screenshot of it.

    It will scroll through with the emails but can’t be deleted. I tried deleting and re-installing the app which worked for a couple of times checking my mail but the anomaly came back. This is the first issue I’ve ever had with it in the several years I’ve had it.

  6. AOL app doesn’t show the email

    In the AOL app while having the seperate folders new mail and old mail the emails don’t show up but when switching to the unified folders they show up.

  9. Aol app loads splash screen and freezes up

    I am using a generation 6 Ipad with 32 GB. Running IOS 17.7. After the freeze up, I close the App then it loads normally on the 2nd attempt. The most recent update 7.50.1 did not address the error.

  10. Make the aol app mail only

    Have the option to remove the tabs at the bottom of the app so it’s only mail. Also have the ability to open links in mail I’m safary on iPhone.

  11. AOL/Verizon Calendar access

    I am very upset that in today's fast-paced and connected environment, my @verizon.net CALENDAR can not be accessed from my iOS phone. In the past, I could access my @verizon.net calendar through the iOS app. The fact that the calendar can't be accessed even through an AOL or Verzion app is unacceptable. AOL are forcing me to a Gmail account.

  12. Search for email on iPhone stopped working

    The email magnifying glass search on my iPhone app won’t work. Instead it takes me to a screen that asks “ Enable smart features to see detailed contact cards Information won't be shared with 3rd parties” and seems to give two choices “Turn on”’or “Learn more” - but if I select turn on it still doesn’t let me search.
    This seems to be a recent issue. Seems to be an issue on iPhone but not iPad.

  17. Change my recovery phone number to the new cell

    Change my old recovery phone number with new cell phone number so she can do a password reset- she needs a very important document TODAY. But can’t access her password recovery cause the phone number is outdated & I called the Philippine support team & he is clueless 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡, sat on hold for 90 mins before I got this guy - my wife needs to reset her email account ( mmloris@aol.com ) I’ve been a premium customer for 17+ years & I’m ****** cause he can’t access her email for a business document

  18. Recover a account

    My account is locked my password is not working and customer service is no help to recover a account I can’t verify my account due to a old number I have and all that customer service can do is say I can’t help you until you verify your account and I should have updated my account information. This is the worse customer service I ever had I am very disappointed with AOL. Customer service should be top priority and it’s not they are useless. How am I to verify my account if I can’t get on and change my information??…

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.
