Need better search for viewing old emails
I would like to be able to search my old AOL emails for an EXACT PHRASE. Is this possible? eg would like to find emails mentioning "Jane Smith". I tried using the advanced search option and tried putting the search phrase both with single or double quotes on keyword like but it is NOT looking for that exact phrase - just finds emails containing Jane OR emails containing Smith but does not even bother to ensure that if I enter "Jane Smith" in search line that BOTH words are in the email before including in the results list. The email on my aol App on my iPhone is no longer updated for deleted emails done on my home computer. Did something change on the App?
Email message deletions done on my home computer should also be reflected on the AOL app for ny remains.

App needs to sync with other devices
It appears that the app on my iPad does not sync with my AOL app on my iPhone and also on my Mac. This needs to be corrected in order to make this a user friendly app.

Push notifications stopped working after the latest iOS 14.3 supdate
After the update to iOS 14.3, the notifications stopped working. I am no longer receiving any notifications when new mail arrives on both my iPhone 12 Pro Max and also iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd Gen. Please fix the notifications.

It is so frustrating having to log in every time I want read my emails. Can you not set up face recognition?

New Message Header?
Very recently, when I select an email to view (iOS), some messages have a new section on top under the title
- Name of company -"View all messages from sender" link
- Visit Site (button)
Could this be an option to turn on/off. It's a little annoying to me as there is already a search feature. And I don't need to see this on most emails.

Problems with new aol format
Cannot delete block of selected emails or get new aol on my Macpro.
Also my contacts list is faulty-first letter of each address is omitted when I use-that means that email always gets rejected and are undeliverable! That means I have to re-type any email address I want to use!This new format is rubbish-never had these issues with old aol format (used for over 10-15 years).

I am in the midst of reading an email, when I am suddenly terminated and brought back to the home screen! Is there a way to fix this?

Continue to get message indicating site is using excessive energy. Am going to drop use of AOL
Continue to get message on mail indicating site is using significant energy and slows to a stop. I've established a new email address and will stop using AOL if I can't fix it. Have had aol email for at least 15 yrs. Need to fix the issue. see it often mentioned online
