Push notifications stopped working after the latest iOS 14.3 supdate

After the update to iOS 14.3, the notifications stopped working. I am no longer receiving any notifications when new mail arrives on both my iPhone 12 Pro Max and also iPad Pro 12.9” 3rd Gen. Please fix the notifications.
