Screwed up app
Why are you making us switch to this very annoying app? just leave it as it was, everything worked fine in IOS, people are going to stop using AOL, and get rid of the ads in the mail, i’m paying a monthly subscription, i don’t want ads every time i open my mail,

Let new and old be together
Please allow all Mail just like desktop can have. Not liking old being separate from new.

When forwarding the subject is blank
When using app to forward an email the subject line is blank. Previous responses are cumbersome and should not be neede to be under taken.

Please make the Rename Folders accessible on my iPhone. I don’t have a laptop or pc to do this on.
I don’t use/own a pc or laptop etc, only my iPhone. I want all actions to folders available on my iPhone please.

iPad and AOL drafting email
If I am typing away on my iPad and get my fingers too close to the edge of the document the email is discarded as I type. It does not go to the draft folder it does not go to the sent folder, it just disappears. That is really annoying to spend time putting together a document and lose all the work.

Why did AOL change email dress shown
Our email address has always been so t show but it’s not our whole complete names!

Have a clear, concise explanation on how to delete folders no longer used.

Sign out
After using aol app on iPad and removing to sign out of app I still remain signed into main aol site on computer. Come up with remedy.

Please allow users to identify certain contacts as ‘VIP’ so the emails from these contacts get flagged as VIP automatically.

Contact list bug
My first name is ***. I do not currently have a computer; therefore I am doing all my electronic communications on my Apple iPhone 11 Pro; I am using iOS 14.0.1. An AOL contact list can be edited on mail.aol.com but not on an iPhone’s AOL app. Using my iPhone’s Safari app, I successfully edited my contact list on mail.aol.com, but my AOL app sticks to the contact list that I had before I made corrections and deletions to my contact list on mail.aol.com.
