    I have to sign in too often, about every time I want to check my Mail anymore.

    I have to sign in with two step verification repeatedly as I'm checking my emails, especially if I follow a link in one of my emails. Very frustrating! It makes me want to disable the two-step verification!

    I can’t send or receive my email since trying to eliminate a hacker. There isn’t even a Compose. Can not access any real help on AOL site.

    Can’t get my email! I’m ready to delete aol totally! It’s a pain in the behind! I’ve worked and worked trying to get me mail and it will not accept my password and wants to go thru the authentification process every time. Tired of this!!!!!

    Can I store my user name & password so I don’t have to enter it every time. It was always set up that way but suddenly it asks me for that info or I can’t view my mail.

    I am now getting error messages every time I pull up my email using the AOL App. Saying my login has expired and the fix it it doesn’t allow me to do anything but remove my account from the App. So frustrating when I am trying to read an email. Seriously thinking about changing over to a new email. Been AOL for years.

    Very frustrated with having to go into Manage Settings to view my email. I don’t know what you all are doing but it’s horrible and I have information needed for work stuck and I can’t get in my mail to read it and I’m a paying customer. Shame on AOL, robbing people without a gun!!!

    Whatever changes you made to access my email CHANGE IT BACK!! It’s annoying having to always logon every time!!

    What's wrong with AOL. Looks like there are many people unhappy with your service. INCLUDING ME. Maybe you just don't care !!!! When we delete your app you may then.

    AOL is not what it used to be! AT&T stopped using Bellsouth and I changed to AOL . It is so not working out for me as it did in past. My email is impossible to retrieve!!!! Get your act together!!

    I want to stay signed in to my email! Why do I have to keep putting in my pw. Very annoying!

    Also aggravated to be asked password over and over.On my iPhone, I cannot access AOL and supposedly have thousands of messages! I thought I had deleted at least 1,000, but suddenly there they are again! New iOS keeps kicking me out of articles I am reading. Let me count the ways I want something to change!

    I’m already signed in. Stop making me have to keep proving who I am, as if it actually made me safer. It doesn’t!

    Can’t get in my mail this is ********. Why is their aNeed to change everything all the time. I can’t even get into my mail need to put things back the way it was the first time if I want to keep on remembering so many passwords and had to go through so much **** just read the mail
