Why Can’t spam just be trashed?
I receive a ridiculous number of spam messages each day. If AOL knows it is spam, why doesn’t it just trash it without me having to do it. At one time, AOL gave you a choice of what to do with spam (either put in spam folder or delete it automatically). That went away a few years ago, but should be brought back as an option.

More than one AOL account
I need to access more than one account as I use for different purposes - how can I link more than one account now. I have been able to log in easily using iOS but now I can only link one email to the app. This is crazy.

Able to attach documents to an AOL app email. Right now it’s only finding JPEG images
Attachments should include more than jpeg image files

Address book
I have to type in 5 letters of the first name to get anywhere near the person’s address. Seems like a simple thing, not sure why it’s not working properly.

The App needs a Dark Mode. 🙏🏼
Gentlemen thank you very much for finally putting this app together AOL is one of the oldest email services out there the only thing missing that would make it a lot easier for everyone is the dark mode but every other app has.

Why would you write this article so as to sympathize with drug cartels?

Whoever the author of this article is they must be confused due to their tone. The author is sympathizing with the cartels and bemoaning the skyrocketing prices of drugs. Seriously wtf is wrong with you and the editors that passed this through.
This entire article needs to be re-written by someone who doesn’t sympathize with the drug cartels. How about praising the work of the dea or writing about how it’s a positive thing that drugs are becoming more expensive because of their scarcity?

Your News, Videos etc are irrelevant to me....
I don’t care to read or watch news articles and videos from the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and France etc....
If you want me to be spending my time on your site/App then please allow me the option of watching my OWN country’s news, videos etc on here.
My own country is New Zealand, so could you please make that a possibility? -

WTF!!!!
I just spent a solid hour crafting a long, detailed, descriptive letter.....I was trying to add an attachment and swiped down, apparently just touching the bottom row( that includes this settings icon).....MY LETTER DISAPPEARED!! IT’S GONE!! IT WASN’T EVEN AUTO-DROPPED INTO “DRAFTS”....WTF!!!!
THIS APP IS PATHETIC!! NEVER DID I EVER EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LIKE THIS WITH THE LAST VERSION OF THIS MAIL PROGRAM!!
SO MUCH TIME.....SO MUCH EFFORT....SO MUCH WORK....WASTED!!!!

No badges next to each account?
When adding multiple accounts, you have to go into each one to see if you have mail. Why not add a number next to each account to let you know you have mail? 🤦♂️
