Take out all the security nonsense
Why do I have to do recaptcha every single time I log onto MY OWN PHONE. The robot stuff is nonsense and it tries to make me change my password every single time. I also have to send a code to my phone to log in. every single time. Aol is already the worst out there this is sending me over the edge

I went into the Chat Rooms one night, the only good part of AOL left since you have become so biased and I find you are forcing people to sign up to post comments. 1. AOL is know to be the least secure in the browser industry. As stated, your news is useless as it is no better than Fox or CNN or MSNBC (all only opinions). Make password reset free
I recently changed my number and got a new phone. I forgot my password to login. I’ve had this email for over 10 years. Called customer service and they told me I have to PAY TO GET MY PASSWORD RESET. Never heard of something like that in my life. Looks like I’ll be losing all my emails I had on there and I’ll never go back to AOL.

It seems that every time that aol upgrades my computer I lose somthing. Right now there is no way I can find My Favorites List. Plain as
Just leave my computer the way it was, I can't find anything now. My favorites list was set up just the way I wanted it. Now I can't even find it. please just put my list back the original way I had it and keep your confusing updates.

In two hours of TRYING to read the news.....I had to use the keyword to pull up my welcome screen one HUNDRED & eighteen times. AOL does not fix this. 118 times. it is AOL that is the problem.

On Website make setting to stop newsfeed ACTUALLY WORK!
Your website email settings do not actually work. I have selected the option to not open the news feed when I sign in to my email accounts, but the option never works. If I wanted to see your socialist lies and half truths I would just watch the major networks. Allow customers to just go to their email without seeing your rants, lies and propaganda. I contacted customer support several times over several years, and tried different browsers, but nothing works.
