Make password reset free
I recently changed my number and got a new phone. I forgot my password to login. I’ve had this email for over 10 years. Called customer service and they told me I have to PAY TO GET MY PASSWORD RESET. Never heard of something like that in my life. Looks like I’ll be losing all my emails I had on there and I’ll never go back to AOL.

we have had these accounts since 1998 when I started with AOL and now They have done the same thing to a sub account under our 2 master accounts...theu want to charge a 4.99 fee to have them reset the password even though there are security questions and an additional email. THIS IS BS. My daughter just wants a password reset and "michael goldberg"( not his real name)supervisor refuse to by pass the fee to reset. Even though I know THEY CAN because I worked for AOL! I know that they have the option to by pass(AOL writes it off anyway). Can't even manage my sub accounts without paying the fee. He hung up on us and that disappointing from a company I gave several years of service to.....
