after logging on view option
When I logon to my aol account, I want to go to my email account. I do not need or want to see the news feed. I just want my email.
Please consider fixing this.I do not want have to click this and click that to access my mail.
You can easily disable the ‘Today on AOL’ news feed by following the steps below:
- Click the ‘Options’ menu located in the top right corner of the screen
- Select ‘Mail Settings’
- In the ‘General’ tab, uncheck the ‘Show me Today on AOL when signing in’ feature
This will allow you to go directly to your Inbox when signing in to your email account.

Why must I be pelted with Donald Trump every time I log in? Are you his publicity team? I am offended by him every time I see him.
Maybe I need to eliminate using my AOl account so I don't have to see him. -

I live in the Las Vegas area. The news source you use most often is the Las Vegas Review Journal which you must subscribe to, Can you use local news channels as sources instead? If you cannot do that, can I remove the news from my home page, if so how? It has no use for me, if I cannot access the full story.

I get that AOL is a left leaning news organization...but it would be nice if some of us from the other side could get to our email without all the overly biased headlines. Not sure if this can be done.

if you want to put Donald Trumps obnoxious smirk on your homepage, put it on the bottom so when the top is viewable on my homepage, I don't have to look at his mugging face telling the world that he is got the USA in his tight tiny grasp and HE Will take over making it a Dictatorship. If you can't get his mug off the AOL homepage, then AOL homepage will no longer be my homepage

I don't want to see "News". Where do I click to opt out of seeing this annoying stuff thrown in my face just so I can read my email? Not everyone wants their life infiltrated with this stuff. And, I'm not interested in anything about the Kardashians either. Give me some real content about the beauty and kindness in the world.

Evertime I open AOL to check my mail on my pc I have to go through AOL's version of what the news should be to me. I'm a moderate. I don't claim Conservatives or Liberals. AOL wants to shove Liberal Sided News into my face every time I check my mail. If I didn't have so many stored emails from being in business for 19 years, I would delete it. NOBODY wants to see the news. We get enough of it from CNN & FOX.

no need for a news feed unless I look for it. Having to see Trump's face (with a unusually large photo), each & every time makes me think about AOL's politics when I only want my mail.

Can you please stop putting Donald Trump's photos on your home page every day? I've been using Gmail more than Aol recently just to not have to see Trump's face every time I open my email.

I go to aol.com to login to my email. After login I click 'MAIL' icon and default tab is news again!
I don't want to be flooded with news.. once in home page and next in mail.
Stop doing it!
