What is this, Communist China? I don't have any problem with censoring violent or threatening posts, but opinions shouldn't be censored. And to give other posters the power to gang up on others to get them banned/removed from a particular discussion because they differ in opinion is the very definition of censorship and bullying. What are we becoming here?

It seems like my email address is blocked because I make a comment and within 30-45 seconds, its rejected saying I didn't follow community guidelines and that's on every comment. I do follow all the guidelines

You need to rethink your banning people from conversations. I used exactly the same language being used by other posters who were liberals but I got banned. This is not freedom of speech but suppression of speech.

I've been blocked from commenting for at least 10 months now. I posted about it and got the response that maybe it's because something I said violated standards yet no one can or will tell me exactly what I did. I posted two words recently- "I agree" when the commentor was calling Biden a good man. Instantly I got a "you've been blocked" notice. Seriously? Someone at AOL stop giving canned answers and tell me directly what exactly violated standards about this or any of my other previous comments. I'm not going to let this go

I have not been able to post a comment in almost 10 months now. I have been given multiple reasons for this. The most recent is that I was "blocked too many times". I have asked for exactly what I ever said that was a violation of the guidelines but no one can tell me. My comments are tame and I've seen much worse. I would seriously like someone at AOL to tell me exactly what I've done and (if I have) how to make it right.

STOP rejecting comments unless they have vulgarities. I spend 5 minutes typing or more, then get a "your message is rejected"?? I PAY for AOL and this is not good service.

Everytime I write a comment on a news article it gets rejected saying it doesn't follow community guidelines. Why is that, I don't say any insults, profanity, obsene, or inflamatory language. AOL needs to review it's "1st Amendment" rules as apparently they don't allow for honest debate.
They allow really hateful right wing posts. But do not allow anyone to challenge these hateful posts. Perhaps AOL should just close up shop!

An AOL poster literally said "send in the tanks" I tried to post "this is inflammatory" and I was BLOCKED. AOL is nothing more than a Trump cesspool at this point!

AOL rejected that without explaining why and its true. They let people run President Trump and all Republicans down but say one negative thing about Democrats and you get rejected ASAP.
