email on desktop take forever to load, and after a while, est. 3 mins to load the the message, it will ask if I want to use the std view to load.
What did you do over there when you were selling aol??
In other words the desktop web browser email is dead to me......

Actually improve your product!? Upgrade to compete.
Your system is slow and consistently crashes. Consistently bad for years for some reason. Will probably and finally just cancel and use gmail. -

For the past week, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to download 1 email message. Not sure what you did, but undo it. The performance is unacceptable. It reminds of how ****** AOL was back in 1996 when I quit the first time. Let me know if you do not intend to fix this so I can find a new provider.

Blue box around the whole page appears slowing the whole page down to where you can't even type. Only way to correct this is to leave AOL and re-enter. Gives you a very bad impression of AOL and or makes you think AOL has been compromised To what level, I don't wan't to know and makes me think twice about returning to this platform
