Streamline process for registering complaints.
Apple, after working with me on-line with my Iphone for 2 hours determined that my problem was coming from the AOL account that wasn't functioning. They suggested I call AOL Customer Support which I did. The agent quickly connected me to Felicity Support. They 'ran a check' on my system and said my bank accounts were at risk, my overall security and that they could fix everything for $300. I almost fell for the scan but insisted that I be able to call them back after i got another opinion about their services. I called back Apple and they were able to work the problem out. There was no 'worm' in my system. I was back up and running in 10 minutes.
I am disgusted that AOL would have an insider connect me to this fraudulent service. Further, I am disgusted that I have spent many hours trying to give legitimate feedback on this problem. I have spent hours on the phone waiting for supervisors or managers to come to the phone to explain my situation feeling sure that AOL would want the information I diligently noted. This site is my last stop. I am cancelling my 25 year old AOL account. My family members will do the same.
