Password Reset
When your Tech support causes a customer account to be locked out for 24 hours, they should have a Security Tech who has the ability to reset the number of changes to "0" once the customer has been confirmed to be valid. Security Tech's always have a way to bypass this issue, telling me this is impossible to do is bad business. Especially when you're talking to someone who has a background in Technology Security.
Granted you don't know this, but if your origination doesn't have different levels of Security and Technical support, I am happy I don't use your application. Unfortunately my son decided to use AOL he has the issue.
