why can't you comment on someone's comment but add a new comment ??

Fix the problems! What is the point of having a comments section if one cannot comment? I have been with AOL since the days of dial up. It is pathetic that you REFUSE to address my issues, or to even respond to my NUMEROUS inquiries. Shame on you! SHAME!
