I received a letter that said my aol.com account would be deactivated. Must be spam, but who do I contact?
make aol.com my homepage on foxfire. Following the instructions several ways but doesn't work.
That email was not sent from AOL. Check out our article on spotting phishing and how to report it: AOL Help: Email and Viruses Protecting Your Account : https://help.aol.com/articles/protect-yourself-from-internet-scams
To set or change your homepage on Firefox please follow the steps:
1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. Click the Tools menu, and then click Options
3. On the General tab, delete the URL or text that is displayed in the Home Page box.
4. Type the URL of the website you want to set as your homepage in the Home Page box, and then click OK.
5. Close your browser. The next time you launch your browser, the website you set as your homepage will appear.

I repeat: I received a message "signed" AOL saying my request to cancel my Aol account has been approved, but, I never made such a request. Did you receive such a request from some interloper?
