New AOL is USELESS
I whined and moaned about the NEW AOL and for the past 3 weeks I have tried very hard to give it a decent go. However it is still like putting a jigsaw together. Just one example, and even with my notifications turned on I am not getting any alert sounds to let me know I have mail. Furthermore 80% of the time I have to Refresh my page to even know that I have mail which may have been sitting there for over an hour or longer.
I contacted AOL Customer Service on Facebook and their response is just pathetic and suggested I contact this page that I am now writing on.
AOL GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK WHAT THEY WANT!!! AND, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, ANSWER US AS WE ARE GETTING NO FEEDBACK AND WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS!!!!
