  2. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    I have used AOL for almost 30 years but this new system is just terrible. It is not an improved system! It is exasperating and cluttered and very confusing.
    You must be reading all of the many hundreds of complaints so LISTEN to us and give us back what we like and familiar with us. Thank you.
