Generated App Passwords are critical in today's world. You need TO FIX THIS NOW
Account info from desktop brings you to a dead error page, rather than the options it's supposed, including but not limited to "generate a app password." I have just lost countless decades of critical information on an app that was using my aol login, but now requires an app password be generated, which is ONLY FOUND under account info and your account info section has an error for many months and AOL is ignoring this, it must be fixed, it's hurting people's lives and functionality.

In today's world of technology, all things have become interlinked. AOL's inability to provide generated app passwords as they always did with ease in the past before merging with Verizon/Yahoo is unacceptable. NOTHING works in other areas of technology without this ability. Furthermore, aside from losing 20 years of calendar information with a brain deficit needing my calendar to remember and remind me of things to come, because it requires this generated app password, ALL THINGS THAT SHOULD BE FOUND Under Account Info isn't found, because the only thing that happens when you click on Account Info is a dead page with an error:
Web Server Error
Description: The host requested did not return the document correctly.AOL has known about this since 2023, and has done nothing. The impact this is causing people's lives, mine specific with regard to an inability to access my 3rd party calendar, that literally is being used a part of my brain for memory and reminders, but everyone else, not just me, is megalithic. The fact that AOL/Verizon/Yahoo has done nothing to resolve and repair this is inexecutable, unacceptable and showing no regard for what has to be 100's of thousands, if not more, people that need this functionality to interact with all things technology. This must be fixed, and AOL does not seem to care. An AOL tech just spent an hour on the phone with me trying everything, multiple browsers, my phone, multiple browsers on my phone, incognito mode and more - and STILL I cannot access my account info, where and only where, generated app passwords are found in your new interface. Shame on you. I'm disabled and need this to be done in order to literally remember or be reminded of things I do minute by minute, hour by hour, or day by day each day (a calendar app I use that requires this generated app password), which means you've just blown up my life in an incomprehensible way. Fix this! User's have a RIGHT to be able to access their Account Info and again, this is a known issue, as is the inability to generate an app password, stemming from this, for months if not nearly a year, and still nothing has been done. I've been with AOL for over 30 years and would never consider any other service until this merger and now this. You not caring about the impact this is having on people living in a technology-based world is unprecedently grossly unacceptable.
