Customer service is buns
Customer service was horribly rude and unhelpful. Funny that I was told paying for the subscription was not worth it because there is no difference in service. They refused to elaborate on what benefits the subscription gets. They tried to speak over me many times as well after expressing frustration that waiting ten days for a call back was unreasonable. I was told to wait longer. Their customer service is non existent.
