Get rid of "not a robot"
I'm as much a fan of security as the next guy... but the "recapcha not a robot" program sucks in so many ways, I can't come up with just one way to tell you about. AOL has existed for more than 3 decades without it... I think you should be able to do so now.

Conversations and notifications
Why is it so difficult to post a conversation, or use backspace and move the cursor to insert text? And why does the notifications functionality not bring me directly to the post of the person who who replied to or liked my post?

Fooling AOL site visitors
Stop being immoral and promoting customer-exploiting products and services as "news." Clearly you have no shame, and now in the midst of a world crisis you seem to have even less. You continue to tease visitors to your stories so they get more ad exposure, whereas this is a time for straightforward headlines and quick access to the news. You can help save lives that way. While you're at it, please upgrade your tech support. It is one of the worst in the business.

I spoke with "Christie" about having no money to pay due to covid19 lockdown, no income. she waived a month of aol fees. may have been 2, I was so shocked I forgot what she said. I have never liked Google, which is free, and now I have another reason to be "stupid", my friends all say, to pay to use you. it's easier, I get news, and for a reasonable fee I get kindness. thanks to Christie and you. -

You could show the recent stats for Trump, not the ones from January 17, 2017. What a joke!!!!
You show the stats for unemployment, etc., for Trump on January 17, 2017. It is now May 17, 2020. Why not update those stats. And if you feel it wouldn't be fair to Trump because of pandemic, think again. He brought this upon himself after denying the virus, calling it a hoax, and doing nothing for two months! He was warned repeatedly, even by his own staff, but he knows everything and chose to ignore it because it was just going to go away on its own. He still thinks that.

improve print method for viewed articles
When I print an article to pdf, much of the text is obfuscated by pop up window graphics which are permanently rendered into the document.
This is obnoxious.
To retain a copy of the article requires carefully selecting the article's text then creating a new document.

Stop censoring conservative comments
I have been with aol since the begging of email and I think you clowns running it now absolutely stink. I will add my voice to my congressional reps to create regulation to stop you and all social media outlets from censoring opinion. Unless it is threatening violence to an individual, *********** or human trafficking then you should not be censoring anything.
