    Can not presently delete unwanted mail as of 12 15 v25l on AOL Gold. After I deleting the mail it automatically reappears. How can I delete this unwanted mail permanently and why is it behaving like this all of a sudden????????

    I see I'm not alone!

    I am 86 and have very little computer knowledge. I want to disable the 2 step verification on AOL. They told me to do this to go to manage and disable it?   All AOL provided was how to setup their 2 stage verification. There is no management option.
     I am considering using another email service after using AOL for over 25 years  for this is very  frustrating!
