    WE RECEIVE FROM ONE PERSON AT LEAST 100 E MAILS EACH DAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT GOES IMMEDIATELY TO SPAM BASED ON YOUR CONTROLS
    HE FIGURED HOW TO BEAT YOUR SYSTEM BY CHANGING HIS LOGON FOR THE LAST FEW CHARACTERS ACTUAL LOGON (1026621@MAIL) AFTER MAIL. HE CHANGES THE CHARACTERS TO BEAT THE SYSTEM IN THE CURRENT WEEK HE SENT OVER 500 EMAILS WE SPOKE TO YOUR TECH THE FIRST ONE TRIED TO DO A CORRECTION.     Try listening to your customers and stop refusing to allow them to send AOL proof that aol screwed up and deleted my account that I need to live via a S.S. case. NO one there cares and I have bad seizure disorders which I documented you are making worse by not allowing me to have access to the account all this is on. When I die, I PRAY YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE!

  8. Third party application password generation has been down. This has to be devasting to members who use third party applications. .

    When do you believe this will be fixed? I am sure this is an issue for hundreds of members. If this is going to be be an issue for an extended amount of time, I along with others will need to explore alternative service providers.

    When you contact chat for help you should" 1 not be hit with a long spill about new email. 2. They should pay attention to what you have told them instead of trying to tell you to do something you told them did not work

  10. HELP!!!!!!

    Just got off phone with AOL chat to TRY to solve problem So far ~ zilch
    technician got access to my computer and now 1; I Can't bring up "sent Mail 2,cannot send E-mail 3 Cannot recieve e mail (I had someone try) Whatta mess leading up to all this and all I ended getting is that someone will call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111.

    How long does it take to fix this application?? Even if I try the paid help service, it's the same answer - "We don't have an ETA for a fix."

    make it easier! it's impossible to EASILY FIND HOW TO CONTACT ANHYONE AT AOL

    I'm now being told I've asked to deactivate my AOL email account. of course, this is not true where is the help? who do I contact? why do I even have to ask?

    SPAM FOLDER COLUMNS ARE WRONG AGAIN...TECHS CONTINUE TO PLEASE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF AOL LONG-TIME SUBSCRIBERS. NEED TO PUT BACK "DELETE ALL" IN SENDER COLUMN & NOT BY SUBJECT!! AOL CAN'T KEEP OUT SPAM, YET PUT MANY OF MY LONG-TERM ADDRESSES INTO SPAM FOLDER & VICE VERSA. THEREFORE, I MUST CONSTANTLY COMB THRU SPAM MAILS FOR MY IMPORTANT BANKING & OTHER EMAIL LONG-TIME ADDRESSER MAIL SENT TO ME. NOW YOUVE MADE IT MORE TEDIOUS BY CHANGING DELETE ALL IN THE SUBJECT COLUMN, & NOT IN ADDRESS COLUMN!! YOU ARE NOT LETTING USERS HAVE THE THINGS THAT WORKED BUT FORCING THE USE…
