IMPROVE YOUR ANTI-SPAM/ANTI-PHISHING FILTERS
I attempted, with little to no success, to describe the problem to your agent. In the past 2+ months I have received awards of 70 spam/phishing emails relating to cloud storage, each sent from a different email address. The following is a partial listing the the email addresses used:

Improve language skills of your Customer Support Team
Ensure that employees dealing with AOL customers calling in for assistance are capable of adequately expressing themselves in English. I admit to wearing a hearing aid, but even my daughter, who has normal hearing, was unsure as to the responses being provided by your customer support person. We were both in doubt that he fully understood the problem I was describing to him.

Allow emails forwarded to me to reach my inbox
Emails that others try to forward to me are generating an undeliverable status to them and I am not seeing them in email or even in spam. Please allow others to forward emails to me. Reply works and composing new messages seem to work also - just the forwards stopped working with the last update.

Email not going to Recently Deleted
I receved an email from no.reply.alerts@chase.com on July 11. On July 13th I printed a PDF of the email and deleted it. I needed to see it again and it is no where to be found. It is not in Spam or the Recently Deleted email folder.....why?

totally incompetent help with ongoing problem !
3 family members all with AOL accounts started at same time apx.3 decades ago - yesterday at 6 am when accessing my account got verification requests - codes never arrived at working email alternate - after several attempts account was locked !!! - 6 hours of attempts failed because account could not be verified !!! - finally paid for paid support - check ed problem + changed my password + i was able to sign in - this morning again could not sign in w/o verification - again email codes requested on my Yahoo account did not arrive for over…

Your comment editing software needs a serious adjustment. You rejected the following comment which makes no sense whatsoever.
The Amazon region has beautiful vegetation but the fertile soil is relatively soft and I would guess percolation testing was not employed before approving development. I hope to see additional articles related to these sink holes and it would be best for those living on the edge to call friends and relatives for temporary housing. These craters will not be the last.

HEADERS AND FOOTERS DO NOT PRINT OUT ENTIRELY IN WINDOWS 11
Moved to Windows 11 from 10. Headers and footers do not print out entirely in printing out e-mail now. They only did before when printing e-mail in quick print mode. But Windows 11 eliminated quick print.
